John Ott

John Ott has led collective change efforts for almost thirty years. These efforts have helped launch major statewide initiatives (North Carolina’s Smart Start initiative), resolved major budget shortfalls (Los Angeles County’s mental health system), and fostered cultures of learning and creativity (the Angell Foundation’s Organizational Spirituality initiative). John began his career as a community organizer. He later helped launch the Hart Leadership Program at Duke University.
